Itinerary

  • Dujiangyan Panda Base

    2 hoursAdmission Ticket Included
At 7:15 am, your private tour guide and driver will meet you in the lobby of your hotel for a scenic drive to the Dujiangyan Panda Ark, a journey of approximately 1.5 hours. Departing early ensures you bypass the morning traffic and arrive in time to experience the pandas' most active period. If you prefer a later departure, please inform us at the time of booking. Upon arrival, you'll enter the Panda Ark, a dedicated sanctuary committed to the conservation and protection of these magnificent creatures. As you stroll through the park, you'll have the opportunity to observe giant pandas in their naturalistic enclosures, engaging in playful antics and enjoying their bamboo meals. Your guide will share insights into the lives and habits of these beloved animals, as well as the conservation efforts underway to protect them. You'll also visit the research and breeding centers, learning about the innovative programs designed to support the panda population.
  • Mount Qingcheng

    4 hoursAdmission Ticket Included
After your visit to the Dujiangyan Panda Ark, your tour continues with a drive to the UNESCO World Heritage site, Mount Qingcheng. Arriving around midday, you'll take a golf cart to the entrance of the mountain. As you pass through the gate, you'll be greeted by the charming Taoist architecture that inspired DreamWorks to create the idyllic Panda Village in 'Kung Fu Panda 3.' In these serene surroundings, you'll begin a half-hour uphill walk to Moon City Lake, where a cable car will whisk you up to the most significant Taoist temple on the mountain. Continue your hike to the summit, where the Laojun Pavilion is located. If the weather is clear, you'll enjoy breathtaking views of Dujiangyan city and the surrounding landscape. Once you've fully explored the mountain, you'll descend by cable car from Shangqing Palace and enjoy a 30-minute walk to exit Mount Qingcheng. Your guide and driver will then take you back to your hotel, concluding a day of unforgettable experiences.
