ARRIVALS: This transfer service caters to flights arriving at Caticlan and Kalibo Airport between 5:30 am to 7:00 pm only.
The pick up time is based on guest's flight arrival time, the supplier will provide detail info by contact you 1 day before your arrival.
DEPARTURE: Resort/hotel pick up is available between 4:30 am to 4:00 pm only
Approximate travel time: 2 hours
Please note that this is a Shared Transfer. Land and boat transfers may be shared with other guests.
Child rate is applicable for children aged 3 to 8 years old only.
Child aged 0 months-2 years old is considered as Infant (Free of Charge)
Upon arrival at the airport, present this travel voucher to any of the Island Star Express Passenger Service Assistant, who will assist you.
The pick-up time is based on guest's flight arrival time, the supplier will provide detail info by contact you 1 day before your arrival.
For delayed flights from 7:00 pm-8:00 pm, Php 100.00 additional fees will be collected on pax account
All guests must provide any valid I.D, Passport or birth certificate to identify the local or foreign tourist for reference.
Always check your baggage when boarding or disembarking the bus or boat. Porterage fees are not included.
