This journey creates very beautiful scenery as it travels through the tea estates, mountains full of green etc. You will be able to witness some beautiful water falls, hilltops and landscapes during this tour.
Itinerary
Trains leave Ella station at 6.40 am & 9.24 am and reaches Kandy station after 6 - 6 1/2 hours. Travelers are free to get down at different stations on the way if they wish to do so (Nuwaraeliya, Hatton, Peradeniya etc). All the seats are provided from 2nd or 3rd Class reserved compartments (We always give try to allocate from 2nd class) . Seat number is printed on the ticket and it's very easy to find the seat. Please drop us a message if you have any special requirement to upgrade the ticket to 1st class (AC & sealed windows)
