If you need to do your makeup after your float, perhaps bring that along with you. And if you want to bring your bathing suit, please feel free. We have a coat rack in the floating room, so your coat or jacket won’t get salt on it. Eating: It's best to avoid heavy meals, caffeine, or smoking right before your session to ensure comfort and relaxation. Be punctual: Please arrive 20 minutes before your scheduled time. The floating session is 60 minutes, but you probably need 90 minutes in total from getting in the door till you leave the door.
