The host Mauro will be sharing the experience with his guests by cooking in front of them and telling them about the history and the culture of this family tradition which I-he inherited for many generations. Recipes handed down for generations, genuine products, and traditional cooking methods, are the ingredients of my sensory journey to discover ancient flavors immersed in an authentic setting, a 1700 farm surrounded by lush nature."
