Visit our farm and walk your very own alpaca or llama for an experience you
will never forget!
Come and walk one of alpacas or llamas across our farm, around the dam and
back again, with lots of stops along the way for photos! Followed by a hand
feeding session where you will get to feed our happy herd from a bucket filled
with yummy alpaca and llama treats!
During the guided tour will enjoy an exciting and educational talk on the
history of alpacas and llamas, learn about their quirky personalities and gain
an insight into what is involved to get the fibre from the paddock to a finish
product. You will finish off the tour with a complimentary morning tea
(tea/coffee/soft drink and cake/slice of the day with berries and cream) to
enjoy while you watch our herds grazing in their paddocks.

- A visit to The Blackwattle Farm Shop which is full of yarns, wools, fibre, roving, packs, gifts, toys and goodies galore!
- A complimentary coffee/tea/soft drink and morning tea (cake or slice of the day with berries and cream)

- This tour is recommended for ages **7+ years. **
- We recommend the Alpaca Hand Feeding or our Daily Farm Tours for groups with children aged 7 and below.
Special Notes:
- Enclosed shoes are mandatory for this tour.
- This is not a private tour and is open to all members of the public up to 10 people per tour.
- You will get the chance to take one of our alpacas or llamas for an extended walk across our farm on uneven ground. People booking this tour must have a certain level of physical fitness/endurance to be able to walk for 1 hour.
- You will be entering the paddock where the animals live, so please ensure you listen to and abide by all instructions that are given to you.
- Our alpacas and llamas are not restrained in the paddock, as such they are free to engage in or leave the hand feeding portion of the tour as they choose.
