I bought tickets via Pelago at the door and confirmation was prompt. I was also allowed to enter the attraction before my ticketed time.

Make sure to bundle up during the Winter months. Strong winds.
All good except for the weather!
I can skip the queue for redeeming the entry tickets. Therefore, my parents were not required to wait for long time
