- Free admission is allowed for children ages 0–3 and the elderly who are ages 61–100+
- Children who are 0–12 years old must be accompanied by a paying adult
- Elderly people who are 61 years old and above must be accompanied by a paying guest and must present a valid MyKad to enter free of charge. Visitors who do not have a MyKad will need to purchase an adult ticket to enter the park
- This activity is not recommended for visitors with medical conditions (e.g. high blood pressure, epilepsy, etc.), pregnant women, or the elderly
- This activity is not recommended for people with impaired physical mobility or visitors in wheelchairs
- Dangerous materials and items such as bottles, firecrackers, lasers, and other things that may disturb or inconvenience other visitors are prohibited inside the venue
- It is highly recommended for visitors to wear comfortable sports clothing and pants/shorts. Guests are required to wear close-toed shoes at Escape Petaling Jaya for safety reasons
