If you choose the arrival transfer option, your meeting point with your Airport Rep who will be holding your signboard will be at Gate 4-3 in the Arrivals Hall of Suvarnabhumi Airport (Bangkok International Airport). Staff will be holding a sign with the lead traveler's name on it.
The operator will send the driver’s contact information and other related services via email 1 day before your travel date, by 21:00 (GMT+7) Thailand time. If you haven’t received your confirmation email by the time listed, please check the Spam Folder or Junk Mail.

If you choose the departure transfer option, you will be picked up from your hotel lobby.
You will have 2 hours of free waiting time after your flight lands.
Oversized or excess luggage (surfboards, golf clubs, bikes etc.) may be subject to certain restrictions.
Any pick up or drop off locations 40km away from the Airport will be subject to additional charges.
