You are encouraged to create cocktails alongside Callie and will be able to ask her any questions as you prepare three cocktails. Your 90-min online class will be scheduled mutually at your convenience. After it is confirmed, you will be sent a class link and ingredient and supply list. Begin your cocktail making class by learning to make a Callie creation called Bees Knees, a light and refreshing cocktail created from whiskey, lemon and agave. Next, learn to make a mojito muddled with fresh blackberries, jalapeno and mint. Your third cocktail is a traditional Old Fashioned. Callie is delighted to share the history of the ingredients used in the cocktails and helps you appreciate the tastes and aromas of the different spirits.
