• Please note this is a one way transfer, not a round way transfer.
• Please book separately for return and arrival transfers. If you want to book from Tokyo to NRT transfer, you can book this product directly. But please submit your transfer information clearly.
• Please note that this transfer service is only available for properties in Tokyo 23 Wards
• Our normal service time is from AM 07:00-22:00, picking up time outside of this period will be charged 5000JPY extra service fee.
• 2500 JPY for every 30 minutes will be charged for waiting time exceeding 75 minutes for arrival
• 2500 JPY for every 30 minutes will be charged for a waiting time exceeding 30 minutes for departure
• The Alphard can accommodate 5 people and 5 pieces of luggage only
The Hiace can accommodate 9 people and 12 pieces of luggage only
One baby/child seat is free, more than one baby seat will be charged 3000JPY per baby seat.
Oversize luggage like wheelchair will be charged extra fee, please contact us in advance.
