If you do not show up after 1.5 hours waiting time, the booking will be considered as “no-show.” There is no refund on this.

The service and the vendor was great. Service as described, no problem in meeting the staff, both the staff and driver spoke English so it was convenient. 5 stars. The worst part was dealing with Pelago customer service which has ZERO sense of hospitality. They were terrible at communication and did not show empathy. I don’t recommend. Not worth the hassle.
