Free admission for preschool children.
Elementary and junior high school students need to be accompanied by a guardian over the age of 18 to enter. A guardian can lead up to 3 people into the venue.
The botanical garden occupies a vast area, please reserve enough time to enjoy the exhibits.
This exhibition is an outdoor exhibition. It is recommended to wear long-sleeved trousers or use insect-repellent spray.
You are free to take pictures in the park. Please do not use flash to avoid disturbing others; photography equipment such as selfie sticks and tripods is strictly prohibited in the venue.
The botanical garden is dark at night, and the path in the garden may be muddy due to the weather. Please wear sneakers and other shoes that are convenient for walking.
This exhibition is an outdoor exhibition, and it will be held as usual on rainy days. Please note that refunds or rescheduling cannot be requested due to rainy reasons.
There are many places in the venue that are dimly lit, have height differences, and are prone to unstable standing. Please pay attention to the actions of yourself, your companions, and other guests to ensure safety.
Please do not enter fenced areas of the Arboretum (including ponds) or areas of the park where plants are grown.
Do not pick the plants in the garden without authorisation, and it is forbidden to feed the birds and other animals in the garden.
It is forbidden to bring the following items into the venue: alcoholic beverages and food, large luggage such as boarding cases, dangerous items, drinks without caps (except plastic bottles and cans), and other items judged by the staff to be dangerous.
