Start your journey at the Batu Caves, a network of limestone caverns with a towering 140-foot golden statue of the Hindu deity Lord Murugan. Continue at Deerland Park in Pahang, where you can interact with deer, rabbits, peacocks, and other animals. Afterward, visit an aboriginal settlement and engage with Malaysian ethnic group Orang Asli before venturing to the Kuala Gandah Elephant Sanctuary for an insightful experience with Malaysian elephants.
The trip was good overall. The driver did come late but he was friendly and informative. The saddest part was that the tour was advertised as ‘bathing with the elephants’ - one of the main reasons we chose it. However our driver informed us straightaway that this was not possible.
