We will teach you how to roll out the dough with the classic technique, completely manual, and through the use of the hand dough sheeter. We will also reveal the secrets to a perfect Sufo pasta dish. What you make with your own hands during the course, you can taste with the typical wines of the area around us, such as Bardolino Classico and Chiaretto.
