Itinerary
Green Eco Resort
First, you'll be greeted with traditional Nepali tea. Then, you'll get hands-on in the kitchen to cook a Nepali meal consisting of rice, lentils, vegetables, pickles, and chicken. You'll get to taste your meal afterward. After a short 25-minute break, it's time to make MOMOs (dumplings) with either chicken, cheese, paneer, or veggies. You'll prepare the dough and ingredients, shape the dumplings, and steam them. Optionally, you can fry them for a different taste. Finally, you'll make MOMO pickles to go with your delicious MOMOs, which you'll get to enjoy afterward. Congratulations! Now you are a Nepal shef.
