Pick up time is at 8:30 A.M. from your accommodation in Brasov. Driving to Pestera mountain village will take around 1 hour and this is the place where our hiking trip starts. The total length of the hike + breaks will take approx. 5-6 hours. We return back to Brasov around 4-5 P.M.

With spectacular views of two mountain ranges, a hike through Magura and Pestera villages can be as educative as challenging and will leave you with a deep appreciation of the richness these people and places have to offer. This trip is suitable to families or any other groups of people that can walk on various terrains for half a day. You need to bring hiking boots and clothes that suits the outside weather, back pack, rain coat and a small snack. We also recommend to bring a hat, sun cream, ticks spray and hiking sticks.
