Great way to relax between flights

Booking the lounge through Pelago was straightforward enough. However on trying to enter the lounge, the lounge staff seemed confused that we had booked through Pelago. The lounge staff also kept asking us for vouchers that we apparently should have received from Pelago (on booking the lounge) - that we certainly did not have. Our receipt from Pelago didn't seem to satisfy the lounge staff. We were eventually admitted to the lounge. This experience suggests better communication is required between Pelago and the lounge. The lounge itself was clean and comfortable, despite being a bit basic in amenities and food options. E.g. the lounge was unable to cater for a gluten free dietary requirement.
It was terrible. The check in was not a breeze. The receptionist told me that the QR code I printed has expired. Had to log in and show. The food was formal. There was no water bottle. Male toilet reeked of urine and was wet around the urinals. Should have just sat with the other travelers around the boarding gates.
