In the event that strong winds, heavy rain, or thunderstorms (stormy weather) are forecast for the day of boarding, the ship will be cancelled by 7:00 p.m. the day before the boarding date as the ship operator's responsibility. In such a case, the flight will be postponed (or refunded), but we will inform you of the weather conditions and consult with you in advance. (In case of rain only, the boat will be in operation.)
Please note that the captain will make the decision to cancel the cruise in the event of inclement weather, and that cancellations made at the customer's convenience will be treated as cancellations.
