- Valid only for non-Japanese passport holders with a tourist visa with Temporary Visitor status.

Child Policy
- Infants under the age of 12 months can travel without charge.
- As long as they do not occupy separate seats, each paying adult can bring a maximum of 2 children aged 1-5. However, a child rail pass is required for any additional children.
- Children between the ages of 6 and 11 need to purchase a rail pass.
Booking Confirmation
Your booking will be confirmed by the provider within 24 hours.
Refund/Cancellation Policy
- For cancellation requests, please reach out to Pelago support here.
- Cancellation fee, reissue fee and other fees are applicable for reissuance of the physical voucher (exchange order).
- A 90% refund will be processed if cancelled at least 2 days before date of election. A cancellation fee of 10% will apply.

Redemption Notes
- After your booking is confirmed, your exchange order will be shipped and delivered to your doorstep.

- Please note that Exchange Orders have a validity period of 3 months from the purchase date, so it's important to redeem your JR Pass within this time frame.

Love the pass! Was using it to cover the train up to takayama from Nagoya and back. And it provided the to and fro to shirakawago + some discounts for purchasing city bus in Nagoya, and some sites visit (takayama) too!
Fantastic n super worth for the value. Really able to make full use of the pass. From Nagoya stn, i travelled to Takayama, to Toyama, to Kanazawa too (on Hokuriku Shinkansen). Travelled down also to Gero for onsen stay and 5th day back to Nagoya station. Out of the 5days, i also took Nohi Bus at Takayama bus center to Shirakawago with this pass (But make sure to choose unreserved timings n reach bus terminal earlier to queue up).
