• [Pick-up time information and reservation confirmation on KakaoTalk] Please make sure to **unblock 3-party search on KakaoTalk** when making a reservation for delivery. Pick-up information will be sent via KakaoTalk the day before the tour. Sending via any route other than KakaoTalk is not possible. Please note that we are not responsible for any disadvantages that may arise if you do not receive pickup information due to blocking the search, and that refunds are not possible even if you are unable to participate in the tour.
  
• Please check the [Pick-up time information and reservation confirmation KakaoTalk] sent one day before the designated date and send a confirmation reply.
• If you do not respond after checking [Pick-up time information and reservation confirmation KakaoTalk], or if you do not receive the KakaoTalk message the day before, the meeting may be delayed. Please be sure to respond. If you do not receive a KakaoTalk message by 6 PM the day before, please contact the local representative via KakaoTalk.
  
• Your reservation is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation voucher.
• No changes will be made two days before the tour. Please check when making a reservation.
  
• The schedule, product composition, and details may be changed or canceled depending on the weather, local conditions, physical conditions, etc.
• No changes or refunds are possible due to no-shows or tardiness.
• We are not responsible for any disadvantages resulting from information entered incorrectly when making a reservation (name/contact information/massage reservation time/pick-up/drop-off location/KakaoTalk ID, etc.) or theft or loss.
  
• If you require airport pick-up/drop-off, an additional charge of 400 pesos per team will apply. Pick-up/drop-off is not available in Cebu City, Cordova, and Marigondon areas. (Solea Resort, Plantation Bay, etc.)
  
• As there is a risk of loss, we ask that you keep your valuables with you or keep them safely. We are not responsible for any loss/damage.
• This product is a product of an overseas massage shop operated overseas, so all responsibility lies with the local massage shop, and local insurance standards apply.
• Personal travel insurance is essential when traveling abroad. Be sure to sign up for separate personal travel insurance before traveling to Korea.

💆‍♀️ Precautions when using massage

• Operating hours: 10:00~22:00 (Last reservation available time: 21:00)
• Reservation time: Reservations are made in one-hour increments.
• Age criteria: Adult - 12 years or older / Child - 36 months or older ~ 11 years or older
  
• For children, only the 90-minute Kids Growth Massage is available. Please understand that massage is only available from 36 months or older.
• Just as each person's tastes and physical conditions are different, the intensity of the therapist's massage may also vary. The massage will be tailored to your body condition, but please be sure to let us know how to adjust the intensity to suit your preference.
• Please understand that it is difficult to make a massage reservation for people with disc problems, spine or back pain, etc., and that reservations may be canceled on site.
• Pregnant women can only reserve maternity massages, and children can only reserve kids growth massages.
• If you want a babysitter at the massage shop, you must apply in advance and an additional sitter fee will apply. Please understand that you may not be able to use a sitter if you do not apply in advance.
• If you wish to make a reservation for CleverTalk, a separate advance reservation is required and an additional fee will apply. Please understand that reservations may not be possible depending on remaining seats.

🚙 Pickup/Drop Information

• Pick-up and drop-off is possible at free pick-up and drop-off areas [hotels/shopping malls/residences/guesthouses] in Mactan, and in some places, drop-off may be at nearby hotels or shopping malls.
  
• Airport pick-up and drop-off incurs an additional charge of 300 pesos per way.
  
• Additional costs may apply or pickup and drop-off may not be available in some areas in Mactan.
  - Pick-up and drop-off is not available in Cebu City / Marigondon / Cordova areas.
  - After the massage, you can spend some private time at H Korea Mart or LG Garden Mall right next door, and then get dropped off at your hotel.
  - Free pick-up and drop-off areas may change from time to time, and additional costs may also change. Please inquire.
• Pick-up reservation available time: 10:00~20:00
  * Drop service is available even if the massage end time is after 20:00.
• Pick-up time: Please check the [pick-up time information and reservation confirmation KakaoTalk] sent the day before the designated date and send a confirmation response.
  
• Please arrive at the pick-up location 10 minutes before the pick-up time.
