  • Wat Bang Kung

    Hidden inside the roots of an ancient Banyan tree, you will find statues dedicated to the long-gone soldiers and generals who protected Thailand from the Burmese in the 1800s.

  • Amphawa Floating Market

    View this riverside market and see vendors sell delicious treats like sweets and seafood, or browse some of the shophouses and restaurants.

  • Firefly Boat Tour

    The tour finishes with a riverboat ride and the chance to spot shimmering fireflies hovering above the water.

Two fun markets to explore. Souvenir shopping is probably better at the rail market compared to the floating market. Sunset boat trip was very enjoyable and we were able to see fireflies even though it was out of season. The transport was comfortable and our guide Pinporn was well organized and good fun.
