Do you want to taste 3 iconic Italian wines? Wine is pleasure, knowledge and culture and with our tasting we embark on a journey to discover excellent terroirs and spectacular wines... Amarone della Valpolicella DOCG (Veneto) is a dry red wine that comes from the drying of healthy and perfectly ripe grapes on racks, selected at the time of harvest. After approximately 120 days, we proceed with the normal red vinification. Amarone DOCG requires at least 3 years of aging and 4 years for the Riserva version. Barolo DOCG (Piedmont) is produced from 100% Nebbiolo grapes and requires at least 38 months of aging, of which 18 in wood, in large or small barrels. A wine with great aging potential, which takes on a garnet color, an intense nose of flowers and red fruits, vanilla and tertiary notes, a full-bodied mouth and exceptional tannicity. The king of the Sangiovese grape was born in Montalcino (Tuscany), where it has always been called Brunello. It is put on the market the fifth year after the harvest. During this long period, the wine must spend at least two years in wooden barrels and at least four months of aging in the bottle.
