- The entire trip operates as a self-service experience, with a service desk available on-site for assistance
- If the bus is full, notification will be provided, and the boarding location will be coordinated 1–2 days before departure
- Additional on-site teaching courses require an on-site payment of KRW 50,000 in cash
- Accommodation is arranged in rooms of 1-3 or 4-5 people based on the number of guests in your booking. If you would like to book a private room, please make a separate reservation. Otherwise, we will assume that all guests in a single booking will be sharing a room.
- Room types cannot be changed or split upon arrival. Requests for specific room types or floors cannot be guaranteed and actual room assignments depend on availability at the resort.
- Please ensure you have purchased appropriate travel insurance before participating in this activity.
- This itinerary is applicable only to non-Korean guests. Children over 2 years old may participate in skiing, with pricing for children over 2 being the same as for adults
- Children over 3 years old are charged at adult rates, while children under 3 can participate for free. Note that parking spaces, beds, admission fees, and other ticket fees are not included. Please provide proof of age and specify this information in the comments when ordering
- Ski equipment will be provided for children over 3 years old. As children may struggle with balance and safety is a concern due to other skiers, extra caution is advised
- If a departure is temporarily canceled due to personal reasons, fees will not be refunded. Please review the cancellation regulations for more details
- In case of severe weather, such as blizzards, the decision to proceed will be made on the day of the trip. If the trip cannot go ahead due to weather conditions, a full refund will be issued
- If the pick-up time is delayed or traffic conditions arise, expect a delay of 10–15 minutes
- Coaches will provide guidance, but skiing is an intense and potentially dangerous sport. It is recommended to purchase travel or accident insurance in China before departing for South Korea, particularly for those aged 8 to 50
- Due to the popularity of skiing among Koreans during holidays, traffic jams are common, and accidents may occur because of crowded resorts. For safety reasons, it is advisable to choose weekdays for departure whenever possible
- If traveling on weekends or holidays, be prepared for large crowds and potential traffic congestion, as well as other related issues. The company will not be responsible for challenges arising from weekend holiday travel choices
- Tours operate daily during the ski season; however, if there is a weather warning or the ski resort closes, guests will be notified in advance and a new tour date will be coordinated. For group tours booked during the early opening period of the ski resort, be aware that some trails may not be fully open, and snow conditions could vary. If the focus is on the skiing experience, consider starting as normal
