Tickets purchased online can be used from the day after purchase. Re-entry is not allowed after exiting.
To avoid any disputes, customers may be required to present a valid ID card on site; full-time students are required to present a valid student ID card on site. Non-holders will be charged standard adult fare.
Infants and toddlers under 35 months can redeem free tickets on the spot.
All responsibilities for property damage, loss (loss of valuables, etc.) or accidental injury caused by the negligence of the visitor shall be borne by the visitor himself, and the company shall not bear any corresponding responsibility.

In case of typhoon signal No. 8, if the warning signal is issued before the opening of the exhibition, it will be delayed until about 3 hours after the signal is cancelled; if the warning signal is issued during the opening hours of the exhibition, the exhibition will be closed. If the signal is cancelled after 3:00PM, the exhibition will be closed for the whole day. Please keep the unused ticket and bring it to the box office to exchange for a new ticket of the same category within one month from the day affected.
