Tainan, the oldest city in Taiwan, is famous for a large number of historic buildings and has a profound historical heritage. On the last day of your private tour to South Taiwan, you will visit some classic attractions. The first stop is Fort Provintia, which was listed as a national historic monument in 1983. The fortress was originally constructed by the Dutch in 1653, but then destroyed and rebuilt during Qing Dynasty. Since then, the fortress was reconstructed for several times since Japanese colonization. Today Fort Provintia has become one of the most iconic landmarks in the city of Tainan.

The unique coexistence of the banyan trees and the warehouse has become an intriguing attraction. After lunch (at your own expense), you will head back to Taipei by the high-speed train. Upon arrival, your driver will be waiting at the train station and take you to your hotel. After the tour, you'll board the HST train back to Taipei. The train journey takes approximately 2 hours.
