Booking Information:

Booking Timeline:
- Airport Pick-Up: Must be booked at least 6 hours before the flight’s arrival time.

Child Car Seat Requirement:
- According to Korean law, children under 6 years old are required to sit on a car seat. Please specify the number of car seats you need when booking. Car seat fees are to be paid directly to the driver (KRW 15,000 per seat).
Surcharges:
- Overtime Surcharge: KRW 15,000 per hour (charged by the hour, less than 1 hour counts as a full hour)
- Airport Signage Welcome Service: A surcharge of KRW 10,000 will apply.
- Nighttime Fee: KRW 10,000 (Applicable for services between 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM)

Wait Times:
Incheon International Airport (ICN) Pickup: The driver will wait for up to 90 minutes from your flight arrival time for free. Beyond this, surcharges apply. If your schedule changes, please notify the operator in the 'Additional Information' section when booking.
Incheon International Airport (ICN) Drop-Off: The driver will wait for up to 15 minutes for free. Beyond this, surcharges apply.

Transfers for 3 passengers can accommodate 3 people and up to 4 pieces of luggage (24 inches each). For larger luggage (exceeding 24 inches), please book a vehicle for 4-6 passengers. If the luggage exceeds the size limits and pick-up is not possible, a surcharge must be paid on-site.
Your booking will be confirmed by the provider within 24 hours.
A full refund will be processed if cancelled at least 48 hours before date of selection. No refund will be processed if cancelled less than 48 hours before the date of selection.
