I advice you to give the venue / park a call before visiting because the boat cruise might be engaged by other activities. Overall the experience was great and pleasant. the guide / host was fantastic, she shared a lot of informative regarding the surroundings and the creatures in the wet lands. the wet lands are well maintained, road was smooth, clean and good experience. the ideal time to visit of course is the morning before noon, which is less hot and sorching.
The safari rides were nice. But staff was not knowledgeable enough to guide us and identify species. We didn't see many different animals besides the hippos in the pond and some geese on the way. Also I was the only English speaking tourist that day, so the guide on the boat tends to slip into Malay to explain and I couldn't understand most of her talk.
