8 hoursAdmission Ticket Free8am Complimentary pick up from your Penang Hotel by English speaking Guide. Drive up to the Cameron Highlands. Tea Plantations are instrumental in drawing visitors to the Highlands. Sip tea perched on an elevated tea cafe overlooking the rolling hills of greenery. Take a stroll for photo shoots. Tea Plantations work closely with WWF for the conservation of our endangered animals. Visit Butterfly Farm and see live stick insects, scorpions, snakes, beetles, rare and beautiful butterflies dancing on scented flowers. The stroll down Vegetable Market is interesting too as you will see fresh flowers, fruits and vegetables grown in the Camerons. Some farmers are into organic farming satisfying the niche markets. Check in to hotel. Refresh and 7pm Complimentary dinner "HOT POT" which augurs well with the cool weather. Then catch a boat shooting the gushing waters to reach an aborigine village. The ladies shy away and the men "run" away only to reappear with their fire making and blowpipe hunting tools for a "native" demonstration. The rainforest is their supermarket.
