Redeemed at Nagasaki JR Station, process was very seamless as usual (took less than 5-10 mins). One of the more affordable JR passes nowadays, definitely would go for it again should I visit Kyushu!

We exchanged for the JR pass at the Fukuoka airport and got the main pass. Using the main pass, I was able to reserve seats at the Hakata main station. Reservation can be done up to 6 trips and after that u can just take the non reserved seats
