Since the Fuji Subaru Line 5th Station is not accessible in winter, we will go to Arakurayama Sengen Park from December 1st to April 25th.

The tour guide, Terri is great. Hats off to Pelago’s customer services team for the prompt reply and priority over my issue. Something that Pelago and experience providers need to improve: 1. False advertising - It is stated we will be heading to Mt Fuji 5th station, Sengen Park, etc. However, I just realised we are only heading to Sengen Park because we can’t visit Mt Fuji 5th station. It will be great to even provide a fixed schedule at Pelago website, subject to change due to weather conditions. 2. Communication - Itinerary is not communicated in advance. I had to email Pelago and they have to wait for experience providers to respond. Ended up itinerary is only received 8.30pm the day before the trip.
Is not like what is offer. I pay for door to door pick up but I still have to go to meeting point. And bot get refund for the balance.
