Quack Xpress is not applicable for the Night Park.
Re-entry to the park is not allowed and all park visitors’ wristband tags will be removed upon exit.
All transactions in the park are done via cash in MYR or E-load. E-load credits can be pre-loaded at the Ticketing Counter.
Guests can get a same-day refund on the unused balance of E-load at the Ticketing Counter before 7pm
There is a MYR 100 surcharge to switch from a local Malaysian ticket to a foreign national ticket for wrong purchases.
Sunway Lagoon encourages guests to secure all valuables in advance as the park cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen articles. Sunway does provide lockers for guests - you'll find these located at various spots, like at the entrance gates and near the Nickelodeon Lost Lagoon.
Sunway Lagoon reserves the right at its own discretion to carry out renovations and/or upgrading works as and when deemed necessary.
Pro tip: bring towels in advance, but remember to keep them in a locker before you enter the pool.
Also, you can expect it to be more crowded during school holidays, and weekends, so consider this before your visit.

To get there from Kuala Lumpur by bus, take a 26-minute trip from Kl278 Komersial Taman Seputeh to Pj615 Sunway Pyramid in Petaling Jaya, then walk for 7 minutes to reach Sunway Lagoon. The journey will cost approximately RM 3.5.
If you go by LRT, the nearest station is USJ 7. From there, hop onto the BRT and head to the Sunway Lagoon Station. Once you get off, it's just a short walk to Sunway Pyramid Shopping Mall. Just follow the signs and pathfinders when you arrive!

Water park is the best in the lagoon. The wave pool is a plus point too. My kids enjoyed it lots. However the theme park is so so only, not much of choices for young children. Can just spend 1 whole day here by doing this route: 1) theme park 2) animal park 3) water park. Half a day at the dry areas and half a day at wet areas
