Lesson times vary every day as they are based on the tides which change. Pelago will confirm actual lesson time within 24 hours of booking. Not suitable for those who have had recent injury or are pregnant.

Refund/Cancellation Policy
A full refund will be processed if cancelled at least 24 hours before the date of selection. No refund will be processed if cancelled less than 24 hours before the date of selection.
