From the airport: the bus parks at Arrival Gate A4 – Domestic Terminal. If you arrive at International Flight, customers need to walk to Domestic Terminal
To the airport: the bus will drop customer at Departure hall of Domestic Terminal. If you go to a International Flight, customers need to walk to International Terminal
If you would like to be picked-up or dropped-off at your designated hotel's address, please inform operator before participation date. Each passenger is allowed to have one 24 inch (22 inch x 11 inch x 9 inch) sized luggage with a maximum weight of 20kg and 1 small personal bag that is free of charge. Extra luggage can be denied or charged at an extra cost if there is no space in the vehicle to accommodate it
Children aged 0-5 can travel free of charge provided they will not occupy separate seats
The schedule of transfers are subject to change based on weather or traffic conditions of the day. If your trip is canceled due to poor weather, the operator may opt to move your schedule to a later date or you can get a full refund

For transfers from Da Nang Airport to Hoi An, the driver will leave punctually at the scheduled departure times. We recommend you choose a departure time at least 1 hour after your flight arrival time to allow ample time to cross immigration. If you are delayed and the driver has left, you may take the next scheduled departure (subject to available seats)
