We thoroughly enjoyed as David is a great guy . It was not just a trip to Nikko, but David shared so much about Japanese culture , how to speak a bit Japanese and is a very engaging guide.
Outstanding tour to an area of Japan that has stunning scenery, amazing waterfalls and one of the best Shrine complex. The tour was well organised and with plenty of time at each location.
The whole tour experience was really bad, we encountered a terrible bus driver whom was overriding the tour guide's instructions and did not stick to the tour itinerary. We ended up missing the highlight of the tour, Kegon Falls, because the bus driver was insistent on heading back to Tokyo. We were also not informed prior, and only realized when the bus entered the highway to Tokyo. Do not recommend booking this tour, would have been a better experience travelling there ourselves instead.
did not like the trip. The places they took us to were beautiful, but there was a 90 minute delay, we sat on the bus for over 4 hours. The Chinese guide spoke poor English. We were not informed to bring cash for the tickets. I do not recommend it.
