In addition, the host Cicero will offer snacks and wines during the class to make the experience even more enjoyable. You can munch on some cheese and crackers and enjoy a glass of wine as you learn and create your ravioli.


Note that we will be using eggs, flour, cheese, and butter in this experiment. If you have any dietary restrictions, please let us know before the class.

This hands-on culinary adventure invites you to immerse yourself in the art of pasta-making from scratch, creating delectable ravioli filled with a tantalizing mixture of ricotta and spinach. Under the guidance of a skilled chef, you'll embark on a journey of discovery as you learn the techniques and secrets behind crafting the perfect pasta dough. Chef Cicero is a multilingual chef with proficiency in English, Brazilian Portuguese (his first language), and Spanish. In 2017, he moved to the United States and enrolled in a culinary arts program, where he gained a comprehensive understanding of managing a restaurant and cooking techniques from various countries. During his studies, he was awarded a scholarship to study Mediterranean cooking techniques in Otranto, Italy. It was there that he fell in love with Italian cuisine and realized the importance of understanding a country's culture and surroundings to enhance one's cooking skills
