[Purchase Guide]

• This product is a special fare that includes fuel surcharge + TAX + 15kg of checked baggage (see ‘Baggage regulations’ below).
  
• Each option is a one-way ticket, and a round-trip purchase is required. Please purchase a round-trip ticket equal to the number of passengers. If you purchase only a one-way ticket, it will be automatically canceled.
  
• You must accurately enter the required information (English name on passport/date of birth/gender) of all actual passengers. If you do not fill in the information/incorrectly, you will not be able to board and you will be responsible for it.
• This product is not confirmed at the time of purchase, and an e-ticket will be sent to the email address provided at the time of reservation within 3 days after the end of the sale (business days, 09:00-17:00, Monday-Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays). We will do it for you. Please enter your correct email address.
  
• Passport expiration date must remain at least 6 months from the departure date.
  
• Adult and child rates are the same. (Adult/child age: 2 years or older, infant age: under 2 years) *Age based on boarding date
• Children (over 2 years old ~ under 12 years old) and infants (under 2 years old) cannot use alone, so they must be accompanied by an adult. *Age as of boarding date
• This product cannot be purchased in reverse patterns or multiple sections.
  - Reverse pattern example - Departure: Japan (Okinawa) → Incheon / Return: Incheon → Japan (Okinawa) (The departure point must be Korea.)
  - Multi-city example - Departure: Incheon → Okinawa / Osaka → Incheon
• This product is a special fare, so mileage accumulation, itinerary changes, and ticket transfers are not possible.
  
• This product does not include in-flight meals.

[Baggage regulations]

• This product is a special fare that includes 1 piece of checked baggage (total weight 15KG or less, sum of three dimensions 203cm or less) per adult/child + 1 piece of carry-on baggage (total weight 10KG or less, total dimension 115cm or less).
• For special baggage such as golf clubs and bicycles, please contact the airline customer service center (Eastar Jet 1544-0080).
• Infants are not provided with baggage.

[Giveaway Information]

• If you purchase this flight ticket, the free products will be sent via email and SMS within 7 business days of purchase. When making a reservation, please enter your correct email address and mobile phone number. If the gift cannot be delivered due to incorrect information, you are responsible.
• Cancellation and refund policies for tours and transportation products purchased using the discount code you received are subject to the cancellation terms and conditions for each product.

[How to use airline tickets]

• Flight times and number of flights may change due to airline circumstances and local circumstances. Please reconfirm the departure/arrival times on the Eastar Jet airline website in advance.
  
• Please visit the 'Eastar Jet counter' at the airport on the same day with the e-ticket delivered via email, present your passport, and proceed with the procedures.
  
• All passengers actually boarding must carry their passports on the day of boarding.
• It closes 60 minutes before international flight departure, so please arrive at the airport at least 2 hours before departure for international flights (3 hours before departure for Incheon Airport).

[Cancellation fee policy]

• Cancellation within the sales period: Full refund possible
• If canceled after end of sale ~ 1 day before departure: refund after deduction of cancellation fee of 150,000 won (per person round trip)
• Same-day cancellation: No refund
• In case of No-Show, refunds are not possible, and additional fees may be incurred if cancellation is made after confirmation of reservation.
