This was a incredibly smooth and fast redemption. I could easily redeem this through the ticket counter at Osaka airport, and at Hiroshima station. This is actually my second pass purchase from Pelago during my 2 week trip to Japan. Not only can you earn miles, but clear instructions were given in English. Very easy to use. The e ticket will be sent to you and just head to any major train stations or airport to exchange for the physical JR pass which is required at the station gantry. Please check where are the locations to change the pass.
