Lunch in a local restaurant with a beautiful view. Continue the trek to pass a plateau and have an amazing panorama of corn and rice paddy fields and a big valley, walk down to the bamboo forest to Ta Phin village of Red Dzao ethnic people. Visit a local homestay of the ethnic people and you have a traditional medical herbal bath in the local homestay, It is really good for your health after trekking ( optional, You pay for the herbal bath by yourself ).
