Had a lot of fun, activity is easy to pick up after the training by the staff! Staff were also very kind and friendly, and we were given freebies + a commemorative photo- would recommend for a good time with friends!
Went Really well!
Fun and cool experience but unfortunately there's a few downside when I was there last Wed. Staff did explain clearly but he didn't assist us in making sure our VR headset is tight enough, for the whole time both of us were adjusting it and we do admit it is our fault also for not raising this issue as well. Moreover he seems very eager to go home, can't wait for us to leave as soon as we finish the game. Booked this experience from Pelago website, listed on Pelago that drinking water, souvenir and digital photo taking will be included but none of these are there. Quite disappointed in this, please remove from Pelago website if these are not available. 😔😔
We were late because we did notice the time. They would not let us play. Offered at later time, but we would not be able to come back because of other agenda. No sympathy at all, we came all the way from overseas
