Tour will only be cancelled under announcement of Red/Black rainstorm warning or Typhoon #3 or above from HK observatory. The provider would only operate a tour with a minimum of three participants. If attendants are fewer than required, we will send a notification to your registered email 24 hrs before the event starting time, and initiate the refund process. Please make sure you have provided the right email address and contact information. In the interest of other tour members, only a maximum of 10 minutes will be given for any participants running late.

Your booking will be confirmed by the provider within 24 hours.

A full refund will be processed if cancelled at least 24 hours before the date of selection. No refund will be processed if cancelled less than 24 hours before the date of selection.

Please book at least 48 hours prior to your date of selection to guarantee your booking.

Minimum one pax is required; the maximum is capped at 12 pax.

Show mobile or printed voucher to the staff before commencing the activity.

Upon booking confirmation, this ticket is valid on the date of selection only.
