After more than 10 years of working in restaurants, I decided to take the next step and use my knowledge of wine in a more creative way. In February 2021 I left my hometown, Amsterdam, to host wine tastings here in Valencia.
I have developed myself by working in some of the best Michelin starred restaurants in Europe. Besides the practical work I got educated in the highest Dutch wine studies, “Vinologen” and in the highest level of the most well-known wine studies worldwide: WSET4.
What distinguishes a wine tasting with me from the rest? My personality and ability to treat people and give them an unforgettable evening. A unique location with a guaranteed feel-good atmosphere and ultimately an enormous repertoire of wine knowledge, so that you will hardly find a question that I cannot answer.
