Pickup / Drop Off
Please indicate your pick-up address and Hotel Name (if any) in the “Additional Information” section when making your booking.
The activity provider will contact you before the activity date to confirm the pick-up time and location.
Please refer to the timetable in the image highlights for pickup timings for different areas.
Please be ready & waiting in your hotel lobby at the earliest pickup time shown (eg: 11:30am for 11:30am-12:00pm pick-up period).
If the instance that you do miss your pick-up, you will need to make your own way to the park or your booking will be considered a no-show.
If you miss your pick-up and would like to reschedule your visit for another time, the rescheduled surcharge is THB1,000 per person.
If you require baby seats the rental cost is THB350 per seat and please kindly indicate this in the special requests section upon booking.
If you have more than 1 piece of luggage or oversized luggage a surcharge of THB300 is applicable for each piece of luggage.
Please kindly note pick-up times vary and are approximate as sometimes there are many hotels to cover in the different areas. Moreover, traffic is unpredictable.
Extra travel zone costs are per booking based on the number of people in your group.
What To Bring
Please wear ‘Elephant Adventure Clothes’ that will likely get wet and dirty (sandals or shoes/shorts /T-shirt/swimsuit/hat/sun cream, etc.)
Bring an additional day bag with a clean change of clothes for after the program post-shower.

This is the best experience I had with all of the tours that I did here in Thailand. This is a must, truly a unique and awesome experience. You get to pamper the elephants and play with them, connect with them to a certain level. Our guide was very good and the videographer/photographer is really good as well.
