Please note due to the Indonesian Government’s policy, the staff at the counter will need to take a photo of your passport upon activation process of your SIM card. The activation process should take around 10 minutes.
Sim card activation and registration is only valid with foreign passport. Domestic passports are not allowed.
Make sure your cellphone is not bound by a contract with another provider in your home country and your IMEI has not been locked.

The SIM card is valid for your selected duration on a daily basis.
If you activate your SIM at 23:59, it will count as one day.
Quick/efficient service overall. Ordered in advance on the website, directions to the stall was very clear. Kiosk was easy to spot. The staff at desk were very quick too - they take your phone and set up everything in a manner of minutes, leaving you all set to go!
