it was a really smoorh process, from finding the assembly point to the ride over and back from nami island, highly recommended!
Easy to locate the boarding point and friendly staff. However, the timing provided in the itinerary is not accurate. The traffic in Seoul can be very bad and it took us more almost 3 hours to reach Myeong-dong on our way back.
Pelago charged cheaper as compared to Klook We reached the pick up point eaely and no one was there. Few youngsters came with a blue flag 10mins before the bus arrival, we can’t tell if they are organizer. When we approached them, they are all friendly and provided clear instructions like where to wait and where bus leave. Bus departs on time, journey is about 1.30hrs on Saturday.
Driver is good and very on time. However the duration to stay in Jeju island is too long.
Print out the vouchers and Just follow the instructions. Ours were to meet at MyeongDong station exit 2. Bus was already there. Just wait and more people arrive and were waiting. Just ask others around to confirm. Nearer to time, 9am, the facilitators arrived with name list. Once confirmed, just board the bus. About an hour and a half to reach the Nami Island ferry point. Buy the entrance tickets on the spot and board the ferry. [There's a zip-line (maybe 300 meter long on a maybe 30m high tower) anchored to the Nami Island, nearby the ferry area. Those who like a little adventure should take it and just return via the ferry later. I only saw the ride when I was in the ferry. Missed the chance.] Roam around the beautiful island. Activities and food are available. Facilitator asked us to return by 4pm. But Bus only left at 4.30pm. Return journey took 2 and a half hours due to traffic jam.
Cheaper than other platform and quite easy to take the shuttle. Do take note the bus will not wait for latecomers, especially returning from Nami Island.
