Good To Know
All luggages should be separated rather than being bundled or attached with any other item, including but not limited to plastic bags, traveling pillows, and small traveling bag(s)
Luggage : Any dimension for a luggage shall not be larger than 1 meter, and maximum weight shall not be heavier than 25kg
Able to request for special item care: Any items which is requested for a special handling such as sport equipment and music instruments, baby carriage, wheel chair, etc
The luggage must not contain any illegal, dangerous, prohibited, risky, or suspicious items.
Kindly check operational hours for each branch. You can store luggages or belongings during service hours only.
The size and specifications of the luggage must comply with the airline regulations and can either be checked or carried on board the customer's flight.
If you deposit your luggage 30 minutes after the scheduled deposit time, the booking will be considered as a no show and no refunds will be given.
If your usage does not align with the booking details or falls outside the service conditions, additional charges will be incurred and must be paid directly to AIRPORTELS.
For luggage collection at the service counter on a date different from the drop-off date, an additional charge will apply for collections made after 24 hours (THB 100 per day per piece). This fee must be paid directly to the AIRPORTELS staff.
If you wish to retrieve any items from your stored luggage, you must collect all your belongings and close the order accordingly.

Refund/Cancellation Policy
A full refund will be processed if cancelled at least 24 hours before date of selection. No refund will be processed if cancelled less than 24 hours before the date of selection.
Redemption Notes
