Michelin-recommended restaurant in Koh Samui, Kapi Sator, featured in the
Michelin Guide 2023, Thai Head Chef Dumsimai Puangthip, and The Salisbury's
Executive Chef Mr. Wong Chi Ming, have devoted their expertise and culinary
skills to bring a variety of authentic Thai delicacies to the buffet dinner.
These include: Thai dried fish watermelon salad, green papaya and glass noodle
salad, sauteed squid with salted egg, slow simmered pork stew, Thai spicy and
sour pork sparer ribs, Thai Hainanese chicken rice, Thai pork knuckle,
Signature Tom Yum soup, mango sticky rice, warm Thai millefeuille, and more.

During Father's Day, The Salisbury prepares a series of holiday-exclusive
delicacies for all fathers, including: Shanghai stir-fried crab egg white,
stuffed mushrooms with minced duck and oyster sauce, tomato sauce prawns and
