    We will pick you up at 09:30 where ever you are in Surabaya. That can be the train station, hotel or any accommodation.

    You will need about 3 hours to reach Cemara Lawang village. It is not the distance, but Java's traffic conditions that will slow you down.  You have time to visit the enchanting Madakaripura waterfalls on route to Cemara Lawang, if you like. After the car parks it is a short drive by motorbike to the starting point of your hike. The hike itself is easy and takes about 30 min. But, you might get wet.

On clear days, you can also see the highest mountain on Java, mount Semeru, and the Java Sea north of mount Bromo. Weather conditions dye the sky....
