Fuss free booking with Gili Getaway. After booking, someone will contact via Whatsapp near the travel date to confirm all the details. Just need to show printout or booking info on phone at the counter near the jetty. Even got a free transfer to hotel upon reaching Bali!

It was smooth trip except on going to Lombok boat stopped for 15 min mid way due to some engine issue but overall no issue with trip.
rather smooth journey! the liaison was very prompt in responding through both email and whatsapp. the boat was not overcrowded so we had enough space to sit comfortably. we were also directed to driver assigned to us in an organised manner. perhaps could have included in the notes that there is a possibility that we will have to share the vehicle with others to our destination.
