A minimum of 15 people is required to book tour. If the total number of travellers does not match the minimum requirement for this trip, the tour will be cancelled and you will receive a notification e-mail 3 day(s) prior to departure.
Please arrive at designated location 10 mins prior to departure, as the tour will depart on time.
The maple leaf season is from mid-October to late November, and the viewing season for hoarfrost and ice waterfalls is from late December to early March.
If the tour group has fewer participants, a smaller passenger car may be arranged for the group.
The lunch menu is subject to seasonality and the restaurant's arrangements. Japanese set meals may be arranged on some days.
Please understand that the itinerary may be changed or shortened due to traffic conditions or other unavoidable reasons.
Depending on the weather conditions, there is a possibility of not being able to view the 'frost ice', 'ice waterfall' and 'maple leaves', in which case no refunds will be given.
In the event of bad weather, the Gozaiso Ropeway will stop operating. In this case, the itinerary will be changed to Aquaignis Hot Spring Resort. Aquaignis souvenir shopping vouchers will be distributed as compensation, and no refund will be arranged.
The temperature of Mt. Gozaisho is cold and may be below 0 degrees, so please wear enough warm clothes to participate in the tour.
The start time of the light show will affect the arrival time of the return journey. When the bus returns, if you need to use a taxi or other public transportation to go home after the expected time, you will not be able to receive compensation for the extra transportation fee.
The tour guide speaks in Japanese and will use translation software/apps for communication in other languages.
